About The Position

Customer-facing technical leader responsible for translating requirements into execution across embedded hardware, firmware, controls, and test. At LogiSync, we help customers solve complex technical problems in embedded systems, product development, controls, and industrial applications. Success in this role means bringing clarity to technical challenges, helping teams stay aligned, and ensuring projects move forward thoughtfully from initial concept through delivery. We are looking for someone with strong systems engineering instincts, deep technical credibility, and the ability to work confidently with both customers and internal teams. This person will help translate customer goals into structured technical requirements, coordinate execution across disciplines, and create strong outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, embedded systems, or technical product development
• Strong understanding of embedded hardware, firmware, controls, and system integration
• Experience translating technical discussions into actionable engineering requirements
• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort leading technical conversations with customers

Nice To Haves

• Embedded product development in industrial, aerospace, defense, mobility, medical, or related environments
• Requirements development and systems documentation
• Technical leadership in custom engineering or product environments
• Exposure to design reviews, validation, and integration work
• Ability to balance technical depth with practical execution

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand technical goals, constraints, and system requirements
• Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications for engineering execution
• Define and maintain system-level requirements across firmware, hardware, controls, and validation activities
• Coordinate technical work across internal engineering disciplines to support strong delivery
• Lead project communication and alignment between customer teams and internal engineers
• Support project planning, milestone development, prioritization, and technical reviews
• Identify technical risks early and help teams navigate them effectively
• Help improve internal delivery processes and create more repeatable project execution systems
• Contribute to a culture of high-quality engineering and thoughtful customer partnership
