About The Position

This position is for a lead systems engineer for development of a high performance radar system. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. In this important role, the Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) will perform the following: - Lead a systems engineering team of 5-10 people in requirements development / decomposition, including review of work products. - Lead a team of 4 people through Safety, RMA, EMI, and Cyber engineering development, including review of work products. - Ensure systems engineering team alignment with process - Support Jira management - Support staffing management - Span IPTs to ensure requirements alignment and decomposition - Represent the team and product to internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams - Assist with cost account management tasks

Requirements

Significant experience in the design of sensor systems such as radar systems or electronic warfare systems
DOORS experience
Experience in requirements development
Leadership experience
Experience Leading teams of engineers
Knowledge of radar systems, signal processing, and electronic warfare system architecture and theory.
