About The Position

Join a global Corporate Technology Platform Engineering team that plays a critical role in designing, supporting, and evolving the organization’s enterprise infrastructure. This senior-level position offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted technical expert across multiple platforms, driving reliability, innovation, and operational excellence while helping ensure the availability and performance of mission-critical systems around the clock.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent of work experience.
• 8+ years experience as a Senior Systems Administrator in a medium to large scale environment.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, including implementing, troubleshooting, and administration of all the various services.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Expert knowledge in the administration of Windows infrastructure services incl. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File servers.
• Experience managing centralized configuration and patch management tools (eg. Configuration Manager).
• Proficient at scripting for automation or user management in Powershell.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid environment, Microsoft Copilot, DLP, and Purview.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, VMware or Hyper-V administration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Responsible for building, deploying, and patching Windows servers.
• Provide 24/7 ‘tier3’ on-call support of specific production systems as required.
• Design and implement technical solutions to support business requirements.
• Administration, support, design, and ongoing operation of a global enterprise environment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, Copilot, Purview, and DLP.
• Providing tier-3 support, managing system availability, automating processes with PowerShell, and delivering technical solutions that support business needs.
• Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, VMware, or Hyper-V is also valued.
