The Lead Supportive Services Navigator – Alameda Campus provides trauma-informed individualized support and crisis management support for residents of Warren Village’s supportive housing project for families, who have experienced homelessness or housing instability, with a preference for single parents. Based on project location and community composition, the Lead Navigator will be responsible for providing individualized support and crisis management support to residents to foster an inclusive environment.
