About The Position

We are seeking a top-level Lead Superintendent in Denver, Colorado, to join a company that prides itself on a strong foundation for success and integrity. This role involves understanding and communicating project goals, managing the pre-construction schedule, ensuring job safety, and overseeing the detailed project schedule and close-out procedures.

Requirements

15+ years of consecutive experience in multi-family construction industry
At least 10 years of experience in a superintendent capacity
Project experience within ground up multi family, large project, and wood-frame construction is a MUST
Proficient in understanding building plans and specifications.
Safety standards knowledge and enforcement
Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under time pressure situations.
Self-starter with ability to set goals and tasks with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Understand and communicate project goals regarding construction to all field personnel.
Assist in the management of the Pre-Construction schedule.
Ensure job safety requirements are understood and implemented by all project personnel and trade contractors, utilizing safety support personnel as a resource.
Strive for Zero Injury on all projects.
Review trade contractor’s safety program and MSDS information in the trade contractor start-up meeting.
Prepare, manage, and update the detailed project schedule, including sequence, activity duration, and procurement items.
Establish the punch list process and close-out procedures.
Schedule and procure tools and equipment necessary for the project.
