Lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist - IT Procurement
About The Position
The Strategic Sourcing Lead – IT Procurement is responsible for developing and executing enterprise category and sourcing strategies across key Information Technology spend categories including Software, Cloud, Telecommunications, Hardware, Cybersecurity, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Digital Technology solutions. You will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide category strategies to optimize total cost of ownership, improve working capital, enhance supplier performance, reduce risk, and ensure continuity of critical technology services. The role serves as a strategic business partner to IT and business leadership, providing market intelligence, sourcing expertise, supplier governance, and commercial leadership for strategically significant technology spend categories. The role is accountable for delivering enterprise-wide cost savings, productivity improvements, working capital objectives, supplier performance, innovation, risk mitigation, technology lifecycle optimization, and service continuity across assigned IT categories.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and executing enterprise category and sourcing strategies.
- Expertise in IT spend categories including Software, Cloud, Telecommunications, Hardware, Cybersecurity, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Digital Technology solutions.
- Ability to optimize total cost of ownership, improve working capital, enhance supplier performance, reduce risk, and ensure continuity of critical technology services.
- Experience serving as a strategic business partner to IT and business leadership.
- Proficiency in providing market intelligence, sourcing expertise, supplier governance, and commercial leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings, productivity improvements, working capital objectives, supplier performance, innovation, risk mitigation, technology lifecycle optimization, and service continuity.
