About The Position
The Lead Sterile Processing Technician position supports sterile processing operations at Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital. The employee may be required to float between the two facilities based on operational needs; appropriate orientation and competency validation will be provided. Inland Valley Hospital is a 122-bed facility in Wildomar, California, and Rancho Springs Hospital is a 120-bed acute-care hospital in Murrieta, California.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in Sterile Processing Department (SPD) as a CRCST.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CRCST, CHL, or CIS certification required.
- Certified Endoscope Reprocessor certification required within one year of employment.
