Responsible for leading the speech-language pathology services for both Inland Valley and Rancho Springs Hospitals. Participates in administrative activities including staff scheduling, performance review, quality monitoring/Improvement, and education/training. Within scope of service, evaluations, diagnoses, plans, and provides quality therapy treatments that meet patient individual needs, are medically prescribed, and necessary using the standards of professional practice.
