Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Specialty Software Engineer in San Leandro, CA.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical field.
5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role involving specialty software engineering experience.
4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: securities, quants, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
4 years of experience with machine learning tools.
4 years of experience with machine learning model development.
4 years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both.
4 years of statistical modeling experience.
4 years of experience with design, implementation and governance experience with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning architecture.
4 years of experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings).

Responsibilities

Create clear results and reports that tell a compelling story to improve infrastructure services to include, but not limited to, reduce mean-time-to-recovery (MTTR), anomaly detection, proactive trending and predictive analytics to avoid impacts, pattern, standardize and automate statistical and other analysis to include adoption with service owners.
Manage models to maintain accuracy and validity, conduct bias review, and maintain high service levels for the internal IT community.
Add business intelligence reporting capability to create actionable reports and notification tools that can be leveraged by various infrastructure teams to accurately monitor and reflect compliance/ non-compliance status at the asset level.
Handle risk and control requirements around the models, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success; re-engineering and driving continual service improvement.
Consult and collaborate with internal business partners such as product management, technical leads, systems operations, and service and support organizations that own the data and/or service.
Contribute to the vision and high-level technical concepts spanning technology and business lines.
