This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will own key components of partner event strategy and execution — translating shared objectives into seamless, integrated activations across pre-event, onsite, and post-event phases. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and external partners to ensure every activation is aligned, impactful, and commercially effective, while also acting as a subject matter expert and coach to more junior team members.

  • Strong understanding of B2B or enterprise marketing, ideally with partner or co-marketing exposure
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution, including onsite delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with performance metrics, lead capture, and campaign measurement
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and execution excellence
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time during live events
