Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or high-end resort environment; prior leadership experience preferred.
Exceptional communication, organization, and guest service skills.
Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and current wellness trends.
Proficiency with spa management systems (Book4Time, or similar).
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all spa and wellness guests, providing tailored recommendations and anticipating individual preferences.
Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, reservations, and guest flow to ensure a seamless experience.
Support the Spa Director in team leadership, service training, and maintaining Noble House standards of excellence.
Partner with Marketing and other resort departments to highlight unique spa experiences and drive guest engagement.
Maintain a warm, polished, and intuitive presence that enhances every guest interaction.
