Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or front desk roles
• Strong sales skills and customer service mindset
• Friendly, organized, and calm under pressure
• Able to stand for 8+ hour shifts
• Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle guest inquiries
• Upsell spa services and retail products
• Process payments and balance the register
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations
