About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Sourcing Consultant for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. The role will support Marketing and Public Affairs technology sourcing initiatives within the Corporate Services Strategic Sourcing Team. The consultant will act as a subject matter expert for the enterprise marketing technology (MarTech) and advertising technology (AdTech) ecosystem, which includes AI-enabled platforms, customer data infrastructure, and digital media supply chains.

Requirements

4+ years of Sourcing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Responsibilities

Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Sourcing and contribute to large-scale planning.
Review and analyze moderately complex Sourcing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle activities for complex, high-risk, and strategic Marketing and Public Affairs supplier engagements.
Develop and execute category strategies across the MarTech stack, including enterprise marketing clouds, customer data platforms (CDPs), customer engagement, marketing analytics, content management, personalization, and generative AI marketing tools.
Lead MarTech stack assessment and rationalization initiatives, identifying overlapping capabilities, underutilized licenses, and consolidation opportunities.
Review expiring agreements, identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, service improvements, cost reduction, and value creation.
Lead all aspects of supplier negotiations, including development of category and negotiation strategies, vendor communications, proposal evaluations, and award recommendations.
Negotiate modern SaaS and consumption-based commercial models, including monthly-active-user (MAU), message-volume, and usage-based pricing structures.
Negotiate AI-specific contract provisions, including usage rights, restrictions on data use for model training, and responsible AI commitments.
Negotiate commercial, operational, legal, governance, and risk-related terms, including data processing agreements, security requirements, and exit provisions.
Draft, review, and manage contract language to address evolving business, technology, regulatory, and market requirements.
