Braze is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant for their Americas-based team. This role involves being a trusted advisor to prospective customers, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to establish strong foundations for long-term partnerships. The Lead Solutions Consultant is a critical member of the team, serving as a technical thought leader across various industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets. This position offers an opportunity to expand thought leadership skills while partnering with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams. The role draws upon experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success, coupled with a high level of curiosity about technology. Additionally, the Lead Solutions Consultant will mentor other Solutions Consultants on their team.
