About The Position

We currently have a career opportunity for a hands-on Lead Solutions Architect to join our team located in Boston, MA. This is a contract-to-hire, with our client, and is a hybrid role, with the requirement of being onsite 3 days a week. Beyond traditional software architecture, you will be expected to drive AI adoption by actively integrating GenAI tools and capabilities across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from AI-assisted coding and automated test generation to AI-enhanced architecture design. You must bridge business strategy with deep technical execution, writing code, conducting reviews, and collaborating directly with product managers, business executives, software engineers, and QA.
