About The Position
Genpact is seeking a Lead Solution Architect - Data and Analytics to join their AI Gigafactory. This role involves leading the design and delivery of enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The position requires a strategic leader who can align solutions with business and technology strategy, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and design/optimize data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks. The role also involves establishing data governance, quality, and compliance standards, providing technical leadership, and evaluating emerging technologies. Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic leader responsible for designing enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Lead the architecture and delivery of complex data and analytics platforms aligned with business and technology strategy.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define solution scope, business requirements, and success metrics.
- Design and optimize data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks to support advanced analytics and reporting.
- Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and compliance standards across platforms and teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and engineering teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in data and analytics, recommending adoption strategies where appropriate.
