As a Lead Solar Field Service Technician III (Utility-Scale / PV Repair), you’ll work on large, utility-scale solar farms—not residential or rooftop systems. You’ll handle troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of ground-mount solar systems, central/string inverters, and power plant equipment, while leading a small field crew (4+ techs). You’re responsible for making sure work is done safely, correctly, and on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with real experience on utility-scale solar sites (megawatt-scale projects). These are local sites-candidates should reside within 50 miles of the Tucson, Arizona areas.
