Qualified candidates must live within a 180-mile radius of a hub location listed below and should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. HUB LOCATIONS: Bloomington, IL; Richardson, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Tempe, AZ. Applicants for this position are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization (e.g. H-1B visa) for this opportunity.

  • Experience building self-service developer platforms or paved-road/golden path delivery workflows and experiences
  • Strong judgment around standardization versus team autonomy
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive adoption of engineering best practices across teams

Responsibilities

  • Establish Enterprise level reusable pipeline templates and workflow standards, integrate infrastructure-as-code and declarative YAML configurations, and support secure, reliable deployments across environments (dev/test/staging/prod and ephemeral previews), including containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Embed security, quality, and compliance into delivery through secrets management, least-privilege access, audit logging, supply-chain protections (SBOMs, artifact signing, provenance), and security scanning/policy-as-code—while partnering smoothly with security teams.
  • Connect delivery events to operational and planning tools (Slack notifications/approvals/incident alerts and Jira traceability).
