Strong judgment around standardization versus team autonomy
Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive adoption of engineering best practices across teams

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and developer delivery workflows across the full SDLC, with deep hands-on expertise in Gitlab/GitHub/GitHub Actions (branch protection, PR workflows, required checks, runners, reusable/composite workflows, release automation, and governance).
Establish Enterprise level reusable pipeline templates and workflow standards, integrate infrastructure-as-code and declarative YAML configurations, and support secure, reliable deployments across environments (dev/test/staging/prod and ephemeral previews), including containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
Embed security, quality, and compliance into delivery through secrets management, least-privilege access, audit logging, supply-chain protections (SBOMs, artifact signing, provenance), and security scanning/policy-as-code—while partnering smoothly with security teams.
Connect delivery events to operational and planning tools (Slack notifications/approvals/incident alerts and Jira traceability).
Document platform standards and runbooks.
Troubleshoot and debug pipeline/deployment failures.
Translate platform engineering work into measurable business and delivery impact by collaborating closely with application engineers, SREs, QA, product, and release management.

Benefits

Compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week
Potential starting salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
