About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in the Digital Technology and Innovation group which supports evolving digital platforms and enhances integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities. This opportunity allows for working on the latest technologies and architectural patterns, with key contribution in developing world-class mobile applications for Wells Fargo's customers. Your passion for developing rich best-in-class mobile experiences resulting in stable, highly-usable and responsive apps will not go unrewarded in this position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of HTML (HyperText Markup Language) experience
  • 5+ years of JavaScript development experience
  • 5+ years of Cascading Style Sheets experience
  • 2+ years of experience in developing enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux
  • 2+ years of experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of financial services / regulated environment experience
  • 2+ years of development / support experience on wire transfer platform; understanding of wire workflows, automated wire transfers / workflow automation in same environment
  • 1+ years of experience working with Node JS, Webpack and other tools related to React Front End Development

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Knowledge and understanding of application and web security
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology performance: analysis and tuning for applications
  • Experience with Windows or Mac OS-X set up and usage for React JS development
  • Experience in unit testing code with JEST / enzyme / Jasmine / Mocha / Chai/ React Testing Library

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a robust automation framework built upon established and proven open-source tools using strong experience on Service layer testing) to support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Design and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements
  • Provide automation expertise, training and coaching to team members
  • Keep current with advances in automation methodologies and tools
  • Utilize Jenkins or other continuous integration software
  • Use your strong communication and presentation skills
  • Work on multiple projects and manage a dynamic working environment
