Here’s what you need to know about this position: Location: Remote, LATAM Engagement Type: Full-Time The Work (What you’ll be doing & Your Impact) Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using JavaScript frameworks Design and implement scalable, maintainable system architectures Translate high-level, often ambiguous requirements from C-level stakeholders into clear technical solutions Build and integrate AI-driven features Take ownership of product delivery from concept to MVP to production and iteration Establish best practices across code quality, structure, and development workflows Mentor and coach junior developers and interns (code reviews, pair programming, technical guidance) Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Solid understanding of API design, system architecture, and infrastructure (cloud, deployments, environments, ideally with AWS)
• Proven track record building products from 0 to MVP to scale in startup environments
• Experience integrating AI features into real products (e.g., automation, generation, or decision-support tools)
• Ability to make pragmatic, product-driven technical decisions
• Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior developers
• Comfortable working directly with C-level stakeholders and translating ambiguity into execution
