Requirements

6+ years of experience with one of the following technologies – Java, Python, C++ or C#
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers
Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade applications.
Experience driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and evaluating emerging technologies to improve developer productivity and product innovation.
Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing framework and automation (testing/deployment) in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in how emerging technologies can be applied to solve complex software engineering problems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related field or relevant experience
