About The Position

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Lead Software Engineer in the Technology division to lead the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Software Engineering position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining the firm's technology infrastructure and applications.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
