About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution. This role involves building the future of enterprise AI by designing and developing multi-agent orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and enabling AI solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and foster reusable AI capabilities. The position is at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation, aiming to create scalable solutions with measurable business impact.

Requirements

7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap
2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications
Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies
Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions
5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment
Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns

Responsibilities

Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks
Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences
Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks
Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities
Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions
Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering
