About The Position

As a Lead Software Engineer within PGIM Product Technology, you will design and deliver modern, intuitive, high-performance user interfaces, with an emphasis on React-based front-end development. You will build scalable, reusable UI components and architectures, work across the stack with .NET, Python, and SQL/NoSQL services, and maintain a focus on quality, performance, accessibility, and usability. You will partner with product owners, designers, technical leads, engineers, and stakeholders to turn business and user needs into effective solutions and contribute to architectural decisions and front-end technology standards.
