About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack to own the web application platform end-to-end, with a focus on front-end architecture, performance, and user experience. This role involves leading the design and evolution of modern front-end systems and frameworks, alongside supporting back-end services and APIs. You will define and drive platform standards for UI architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and scalability. The position requires designing and delivering scalable consumer-facing and B2B web applications supporting high-demand, global use cases. This role balances hands-on development with planning, technical leadership, and team oversight, aligning technical execution with business and product objectives. You will guide technical direction, front-end best practices, and overall engineering standards, acting as the technical lead for a team of engineers, driving delivery and continuous improvement. A key aspect is optimizing applications for performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Collaboration with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders is essential to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
One (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience in the live entertainment ticketing field as an Associate Software Engineer or in a related position.

Responsibilities

Own the web application platform end-to-end, with a focus on front-end architecture, performance, and user experience.
Lead the design and evolution of modern front-end systems and frameworks, alongside supporting back-end services and APIs.
Define and drive platform standards for UI architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and scalability.
