About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Application Architect to architect, design, and implement scalable hybrid cloud solutions for transactional, analytics, and RAD workloads. This role involves designing and reviewing high-quality code, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards, and collaborating with development leads and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. You will also conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and present technical concepts to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will prioritize tasks effectively, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hybrid cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud).
  • Strong design and coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, React or similar.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Experience building and using AI agents and Skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with development leads and senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Java architecture, design, development, testing, deployment and SDLC.
  • Advanced competency in Java, Micro Services, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Cloud Computing, Oracle, Kafka, AWS, Databricks, Data Mesh, Graph QL.
