About The Position
Join Hard Rock Tulsa as a Lead Smoke Shop Cashier and be responsible for the efficient running of the smoke shop. The role requires a proactive approach, strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will lead and direct the cashier team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience
- Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment
- Leadership and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve customers courteously and efficiently
- Manage and stock inventory
- Maintain the store's and stockroom's cleanliness
- Supervise and direct cashiers
- Ensure the store's shelves are well-organized and stocked
- Assist in hiring and performance decisions
- Operate the cash register
- Clean countertops, windows and floors
