About The Position

The Sign Installer is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Sign Installer is also detail-oriented, works well on their own or with a small team and in a fast-paced environment. The Sign Installer is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius, and most importantly, have fun! This role involves leading a 2-man installation team, performing sign installations and service, and interacting with customers. The position requires full-time availability (40+ hours/week) with regular overtime. Responsibilities also include maintaining company vehicles and equipment, accurately tracking job-related records, and learning new technologies and techniques. Sign production may also be required as needed.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a professional sign installer
Hands-on ingenuity
Expertise in using all types of hand tools
Experience with bucket truck and man lift operations

Nice To Haves

Knowledgeable of painting, welding, and sign making activities

Responsibilities

Leader of 2-man install team
Sign installation and service
Full-time availability (40+ hours/week); OT regularly
Interface with customers
Maintain cleanliness, maintenance and organization of assigned company trucks, tools, hardware and equipment.
Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign installation professional
Sign production, as needed
