About The Position

Join Signs of Success and help bring large-scale commercial signage to life. We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Lead Installer to take ownership of field installations, including ADA signage, dimensional letters, monuments, and illuminated signs. This is a critical role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems on-site, and leading installations from start to finish.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, signage, fabrication, or a related trade
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to travel for out-of-town installs as needed
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and handling large materials
• Clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Sign industry experience
• Welding or metal fabrication experience
• Experience with aerial lifts or bucket trucks
• Basic electrical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of commercial signage projects locally and out of town
• Install ADA signs, metal letters, post & panel systems, and monument signs
• Assist with electrical sign installs alongside licensed contractors
• Operate lifts, ladders, and installation equipment safely
• Perform field adjustments and problem-solving during installs
• Coordinate with project managers and production team
• Occasionally assist with shop fabrication and prep work
