Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Forklift certification required; company-sponsored certification training available for qualified candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics, including inventory and shipping-related calculations.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, quality, environmental, and workplace safety standards.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in chemical warehouse and/or manufacturing environment of cosmetics/personal care products.

Responsibilities

  • Shipment documentation, customer/vendor returns, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and shipment scheduling.
  • Maintain shipping and inventory records, customer and carrier portals, and ensure compliance with DOT, GMP, and company requirements.
  • Lead daily warehouse activities, including material handling, loading/unloading, storage, labeling, inventory control, and workplace organization.
  • Support process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and support to warehouse and shipping personnel while helping coordinate priorities and workflow.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Maintain operational, shipping, inventory, and compliance records and reports.
  • Communicate with internal teams, customers, carriers, vendors, and management regarding operational needs and shipment status.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
