Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent GED required.
  • Goal orientated meeting timelines within our reach.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, proper phone & e-mail etiquette, interpersonal skills like active listening and conflict resolution.
  • Maintenance & Repair experience, i.e. Direct industry experience, automotive, heavy equipment, material handling and/or similar experience.
  • Strong skills & aptitude for modern software tools, i.e. windows-based platforms, web-based platforms, applications, diagnostic software experience, etc.
  • Highly organized, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Continuous improvement mentality – identify opportunities for improved efficiency & proficiencies as well as the ability to identify solutions for turning those opportunities into realities.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Daily/morning check ins with shop personnel for scheduling and updating any work in progress. Shop repairs as needed based on schedule and demand.
  • Tracking spend on used sales preps and rental work in progress. Increase financial gains.
  • Balancing shops with field service needs.
  • Putting ASEC standards in place and keeping the process obtained and moving forward.
  • Supporting Technicians when and where needed to provide the best possible chance of success
