About The Position

The Commercial Installation Lead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens, freezers). Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner. Install commercial HVACR and kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications. Design, fabricate, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required. Communicate professionally with customer(s) and team regarding repairs and status updates. Communicate part order(s) with branch. Document task (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis. Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and or HVACR equipment i.e., RTUS, chillers
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
• Valid Driver's License and Driving Record that aligns with our safety standards.
• Ability to lead and or work within a team.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and Plumbing background is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Contractor, journeyman, and or HVAC certification would-be a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
