About The Position

Namaste Solar's Commercial Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Team is seeking a licensed journeyworker electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair solar PV systems across Colorado. This role involves working on commercial and utility-scale systems, supporting over 460 active solar sites. As a member of a collaborative team, you will ensure systems remain operational and perform optimally. Requirements

Colorado State Journeyworker Electrician License.
Strong safety mindset (OSHA, NFPA 70E familiarity).
Ability to travel statewide and work in various outdoor conditions.
Comfortable working at heights and on pitched roofs.
Proficiency with laptops, cell phones, and work-tracking applications.
Effective, professional communication.
Active driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Experience in solar PV systems (troubleshooting, monitoring).
Mentorship or leadership experience with apprentices.
Familiarity with Salesforce and SiteCapture.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and one-line diagrams.

Responsibilities

Perform licensed electrical service work on commercial and utility-scale solar PV installations across Colorado.
Manage and support your apprentice electrician crew mate.
Troubleshoot and repair solar PV systems efficiently and safely.
Provide feedback to O&M team members to help improve processes and team dynamics.
Educate apprentices and other team members on proper and safe execution of electrical service work.
Interface with customers via email and phone regarding scheduling and work-scope follow-up.
Installation and repair of Data Acquisition Systems (monitoring) for commercial projects.
Initiate and facilitate equipment warranty claims and vendor RMA processes.
Track and report on work orders in Salesforce and SiteCapture on cellular devices and computers.
