About The Position
The Lead Server delivers exemplary dining service to residents and guests, ensuring that their dining experience is professional as well as warm and inviting. The role promotes a hospitality-focused culture in all dining venues, serves as a liaison between guests, residents, and kitchen staff, and creates a climate of hospitality through coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding. The Lead Server will also record production and operational data as required and assist in the creation of effective schedules.
Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day

- Be a progressive and creative thinker
- High school graduate preferred
- Three to five years of dining experience
- Prior experience in leadership roles preferred
- Must have Food Handler’s certification as required
Responsibilities
