About The Position

Touchmark at All Saints is Sioux Falls's premier retirement community. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Lead Dining Room Server. You will be the Lead Supervisor assisting in managing dining staff, taking orders, serving meals, provide a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests. You will also serve at special events and catered functions.

Requirements

• Three to five years of progressive experience and demonstrated success in managing staff
• Willing to work every other weekend and holiday
• Committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
