About The Position

Seeking an individual with a can-do attitude, high energy, and a positive work ethic to join the F&B management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to provide solid leadership during both slow and peak service times, and quick problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in a managing role within the F&B industry.
• Knowledge of all applicable county, state, and federal laws regarding food and beverage handling practices, including applicable state liquor laws.
• Ability to provide solid leadership during slow and peak service.
• Quick problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Ski industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all assigned outlets to ensure excellent service standards are met within work areas.
• Work closely with staff on food quality control and maintaining the smooth and sanitary operation of outlets.
• Schedule staff and monitor assigned staff labor.
• Understand the function and operation of outlet equipment, with the ability to operate, problem-solve, and/or fix when needed.
• Ensure a positive work environment with supportive and encouraging managing techniques.
• Demonstrate proven leadership skills, including the ability to delegate, effectively train, develop, and motivate staff, along with the ability to effectively mentor key leadership positions.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the F&B Director, management team, and staff to ensure operational needs are met and policies are enforced.
• Effectively communicate with all levels of employees, guests, and all other outside contacts.
