About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part Time Lead Server II to work at Lakeside located at 17475 Frances Street, Omaha, NE 68130. Lakeside has been voted “Best of Omaha” in the senior living category for 15 years. It has 89 independent, 49 assisted living and 12 memory support apartment homes along with 18 lofts. We are looking for someone to work Saturdays and Sundays, varied shifts 7-2p, 10:30a-7:30p, 3:45p-7:30p and 2 evenings during the week 3:45p-7:30pm. This position will pay up to $18.31/hour (Straight pay, no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts.
Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents’ needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner.
Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.
