Requirements
- Model hospitality, service excellence, and dining room standards for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
- Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
- Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
- Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
- Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
- Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
- Support special events and Bistro operations
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
