Lead Server (Full Time)
About The Position
Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time LEAD SERVER position. This role involves taking and delivering food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The Lead Server acts as the point person for work-related requests to unit management, trains and acclimates new associates, demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, and promptly addresses complaints. They also assist in employee selection and orientation, and oversee staff training in their areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Previous front of house experience
- Previous Senior Living experience

Responsibilities
- Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
- Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
- Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
