The Lead Server provides front-of-house leadership and operational support to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service execution. In the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager, Supervisor, or Executive Chef, this role assumes responsibility for guiding FOH staff, maintaining service standards, and supporting daily operations. The Lead Server also oversees server checkouts, ensures completion of side work, and leads training initiatives to promote consistency, compliance, and team development.
