Lead Server- PT Evenings
About The Position
Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part Time Evenings Lead Server to work at Arboretum Village, a community with 145 independent living apartment homes. This role involves assisting management with new employee training, implementing company policies, and ensuring the cleanliness of dining rooms. The Lead Server will also work independently within dining room services during shifts, preparing tables, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents' needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers complete their tasks. The goal is to facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests.
Requirements
- One (1) year dining room serving experience is required
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Assisting the management team with new employees training
- Helping implement company policies
- Ensuring cleanliness of dining rooms
- Working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime and nighttime shifts
- Prepares tables for meals
- Refilling containers
- Clearing dishes
- Handling food safely
