About The Position
Immanuel Communities is seeking a PRN Lead Server II to work at Lakeside, a senior living community that has been voted “Best of Omaha” in the senior living category for 15 years. Lakeside offers independent living, assisted living, and memory support apartment homes. This position focuses on providing dining room services during daytime shifts, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests.
Requirements
- One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Work independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts.
- Prepare tables for meals.
- Refill containers.
- Clear dishes.
- Handle food safely.
- Attend to residents’ needs.
- Take phone orders.
- Ensure other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Facilitate a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests.
