About The Position

Everself is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its AI-native healthcare platform. This platform includes their internal EHR, patient app, and care team workflows, as well as the systems that connect patients, clinicians, facilities, labs, prescriptions, and payors. The role involves designing products that support patients through significant health decisions and help scale high-quality care. The Product Manager will work directly with the CEO and collaborate with engineering, clinical leadership, care operations, and growth teams. Key expectations include clear thinking, rapid AI-powered prototyping, and transforming complex workflows into simple, scalable product experiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering
  • Experience building workflow-heavy or operationally complex products
  • Ability to prototype quickly using AI tools, no-code tools, or lightweight design workflows
  • Strong written communication and product requirement writing
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup
  • STEM or technical degree preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, health tech, EHR, or digital health experience
  • Experience with behavior change, patient engagement, coaching, or longitudinal care
  • Management consulting, MBA, or other structured problem-solving background
  • Experience in operationally complex industries, logistics, marketplaces, or regulated products
  • Growth product or funnel optimization experience

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and execution for our EHR, patient app, and operational workflows
  • Translate complex healthcare processes into intuitive product experiences
  • Partner with engineering to design scalable systems and ship quickly
  • Use AI tools to prototype, test, and accelerate product development
  • Identify bottlenecks across patient, clinical, and operational workflows
  • Build tools that improve patient outcomes, care team efficiency, and operational quality
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical, care, growth, and operations teams
  • Use data, user feedback, and operational insights to prioritize what matters
