Lead Semiconductor Technician
About The Position
As a Lead Semiconductor Technician at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be a key player in producing high-quality semiconductor products. You will assist in developing, sustaining, and troubleshooting processes in photolithography, wet chemical processing, dry etch, inspection, deposition, and metrology tools used in MEMS and microelectronic device fabrication. You will ensure safe and efficient operations in your area, set up and monitor production, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and quality. You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN facility on an Onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, safety, and quality of semiconductor manufacturing processes, contributing to the production of high-performance products that meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with MEMS and microelectronic device fabrication.
- Knowledge of photolithography, wet chemical processing, dry etch, inspection, deposition, and metrology tools.
