About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel, casino, and outdoor areas. The Lead Security Officer will circulate through these areas to identify and address potential disturbances, illegal activities, or safety hazards. This position also involves verifying the accuracy and completeness of log entries, reviewing accident and incident reports, and assisting other security officers as needed. Requirements

• Ability to circulate through hotel, casino, and outdoor areas
• Ability to identify possible disturbances, illegal activity, or safety hazards
• Ability to take appropriate action
• Responsibility for the security of all keys
• Ability to verify that all pertinent log entries have been entered accurately and completely
• Ability to review all Employee Accident and Incident Reports filed
• Ability to assist security officers with assigned duties when necessary

Responsibilities
