About The Position

Securitas is hiring for a Full Time Overnight Lead Security Officer to help keep our resort client's site safe in Ludlow, VT. This is a new client with an official start date of October 1st, 2026. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, preserving order, and enforcing regulations. Officers often provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. No experience is necessary; training and support will be provided.

Requirements

Able to walk up to 5 miles per shift - very large property inside and out
Proficient with computers and digital reporting
Maintains a professional appearance
Dependable, punctual, and observant
Comfortable initiating conversation and providing verbal engagement (e.g., greeting all who pass)
Vermont Guard Card or the ability to obtain this prior to starting work
Valid driver's license AND clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
At least 18 years old
