About The Position

Serve as team leader for assigned security officers to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors. Perform the duties of a security officer. Investigate, document, and manage security incidents and hazards. Address escalated or unresolved issues. Assist the Security Manager with shift staffing, organizational planning, budget preparation, staff development, and Committee Chair responsibilities.

Requirements

• Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• High School diploma equivalency and 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree and 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

• BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Law Enforcement.
• Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.
• Security Professional.
• Security Guard specializing in Healthcare.
