Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, preferably as a Scrum Master or in a similar delivery leadership role.
• Previous software development lifecycle experience
• Experience supporting technology delivery across middleware, infrastructure, digital client enablement, or enterprise platforms is strongly preferred
• Strong Agile, Scrum, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to apply Agile practices pragmatically in a complex technology environment
• Proven ability to communicate proactively with technology leads, stakeholders, portfolio managers, and management
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and priorities across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Practical understanding of why organizations need Scrum Masters, delivery processes, role clarity, and governance to support predictable execution
• Ability to operate as a gatekeeper and facilitator between managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams while keeping work aligned to priorities and business outcomes
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand broader business, client, environmental, and application impacts of middleware and infrastructure delivery
• Comfortable supporting a centralized team model where Scrum Masters and Project Managers coordinate across shared delivery data, dependencies, and priorities
• Ability to build trust, resolve issues, encourage collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across the squad

Responsibilities

• Agile Leadership and Delivery Execution: Apply strong Agile and Scrum knowledge to support a Digital Client Enablement Technology squad working across middleware, infrastructure, and client-facing enablement capabilities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team is aligned on priorities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with the Product Owner and squad to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog with well-refined user stories and clearly understood outcomes.
• Balance delivery timeframes with continuous iteration so stakeholder and client feedback can be incorporated into team planning and execution.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums and related coordination forums to ensure alignment across squads, teams, and broader technology priorities.
• Digital Client Enablement, Middleware, and Infrastructure Coordination: Support delivery for middleware and infrastructure capabilities that enable interaction between clients and DTCC, as well as services used by internal DTCC applications.
• Help coordinate work across infrastructure and middleware areas such as data, Tomcat, APIs, open containers, MQ/MP, and FIX, where applicable to the team’s scope.
• Understand that middleware and infrastructure delivery can have broad downstream impacts, requiring attention to business impact, client impact, environmental readiness, and cross-application dependencies.
• Actively identify delivery risks, dependency gaps, impediments, and communication needs across teams, escalating appropriately and driving timely resolution.
• Support a team environment that includes a significant number of new team members by helping establish effective Agile ways of working, communication rhythms, and delivery discipline.
• Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Program Visibility: Provide clear, proactive, and transparent communication to technology leads, portfolio managers, stakeholders, and management on progress, risks, impediments, and delivery status.
• Drive practical communication between the technology lead and the broader team, ensuring ideas, updates, concerns, and roadmaps are surfaced early and clearly.
• Partner with portfolio management and program stakeholders to share updates, identify opportunities for improvement, and support roadmap visibility.
• Use concise metrics and delivery updates to create transparency and help stakeholders understand progress, risks, and decisions needed.
• Serve as a connector across teams and stakeholders, helping manage competing priorities and ensuring alignment to delivery goals.
• Coaching, Facilitation, and Team Enablement: Provide role-based coaching to Product Owners, developers, QA, and other squad members to improve Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
• Create a safe and productive environment for Agile ceremonies, encouraging active participation and practical problem-solving from all squad members.
• Facilitate and mediate conflicts within the squad and across stakeholder groups, helping the team stay focused on outcomes and priorities.
• Coach the squad to consider how product and technology decisions impact other teams, client-facing capabilities, and enterprise-wide dependencies.
• Help the team understand the value of process, governance, delivery structure, and clear roles/responsibilities in a complex technology environment.
• Release Planning, Project Coordination, and Risk Management: Support the Product Owner and technology team in release planning, delivery sequencing, and readiness tracking.
• Coordinate movement of code between Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments, including related planning, resourcing, and scheduling activities.
• Support project planning, goal setting, schedule management, resource coordination, and delivery tracking using defined development processes.
• Help manage and deliver work to specification, within agreed timelines and delivery expectations.
• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalating appropriately when needed.
