About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Lead Scheduling Coordinator to oversee and support daily scheduling operations at our Hamburg, PA headquarters. This leadership-focused role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and can confidently lead scheduling operations while supporting employees, supervisors, and management teams. The Lead Scheduling Coordinator serves as a key operational leader responsible for maintaining staffing coverage, coordinating workforce needs, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple client locations. We are looking for someone who communicates effectively, leads by example, stays composed under pressure, and can manage competing priorities while supporting both employees and company leadership.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily scheduling operations across multiple client locations
  • Oversee schedule creation, staffing coordination, and shift coverage management
  • Respond to operational challenges, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs with professionalism and urgency
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, supervisors, and management regarding scheduling and operational support
  • Assist in training and mentoring scheduling team members to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Work closely with Recruiting and Operations leadership to maintain proper staffing levels
  • Monitor scheduling accuracy, compliance, and workforce coverage needs
  • Handle escalated scheduling issues and employee concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Maintain accurate records and operational documentation using company systems and databases
  • Utilize Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace to coordinate communication and workflow
  • Help improve scheduling processes, communication flow, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
