Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of scheduling, healthcare coordination or office management experience required
- Home Care experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Previous CNA experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective coordination of home health care services
- Oversee the scheduling team across both the Twin Cities and Southwest offices
- Serve as the scheduler in charge and support key administrative functions
- Assist with payroll operations when needed
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization
